Brian Spilg forced him to admit guilt, with “an out-of-court arrangement”. The presiding judge – Claassen - would NOT permit demonstrating to the court mouth-damage when I chew; he would NOT allow me to spell out damage-details relating to Dr Rumbak’s THREE other victims, which is Relevant Corroborative Evidence, In The Public Interest (The Public has a Right to Know); he shouted at me, and allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’ [“are you trying to tell the court there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to two doctors’ lies & false medical certificates, resulting in Steve Biko’s murder case being forced open (see below)]. These are pointers to public abuse of legal rules, contrary to proper court procedure: a failed justice system… This same judge treated a burnt-vagina victim with contempt, awarding a negligible pittance; the doctor implicated fled South Africa! The government has an obligatory duty to act NOW!  Judicial Services Commission MUST remove old, arrogant, blatantly-biased, apartheid-mentality judges, who mete out what Americans call “a purchased verdict”…  Dr Rumbak’s defamatory character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics lecturer; a bachelor with psychological problems, living in a Yeoville flat, playing the piano in bars”. For the record, my Economics students achieved highest marks in national examinations on three occasions; I played The Tusk Bar’s piano at The Palace at Sun City, provided piano-music for Cape Judges at The Five Flies Restaurant, and was pianist during The King of Jordan’s wine-estate visit: This is TRUTH, and not a ‘delusional disorder’, as per Dr David Shevel’s report (see below). By butchering my mouth, Dr Rumbak has stolen my lecturing career; Dr Rumbak has stolen my ability to talk normally; Dr Rumbak has stolen my ability to chew without pain. NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (N.H.I.) must control & regulate ALL doctors, so that ‘private-health’ criminal corruption & fraud is aborted. I uncover a medico-legal conspiracy-of-silence, brazenly defying agendas to Death-medicate me (which backfired)…  HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS NO CONTROL OVER DR RUMBAK, because he is in ‘private practice’, meaning that corrupt, fraudulent & criminal private health is given carte blanche free reign! This laarger-mentality (blinkered reasoning) sanctions vestiges of the barbaric, antediluvian apartheid system, and is a perfect example of ‘the right of eminent domain’, where a doctor with a track-record of medical negligence, high blood-pressure, and questionable competency in carrying out delicate procedures, pays whatever it takes to be ‘untouchable’, and above-the-law, because he is in ‘private practice’! Where’s the logic? The ‘right of eminent domain’ is WRONG!  HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room! The world would have believed that freedom fighter, Steve Biko, committed suicide because Dr Ivor Lang & Dr Benjamin Tucker lied, filling in false medical certificates to hide TRUTH. Five brazen doctors (Frances Ames, Professor Phillip Tobias, Trefor Jenkins, Edward Barker & Leslie Robertson) forced the health professions council to re-open the case, proving that Steve Biko was MURDERED by the apartheid security police. The toothless health professions council, whose ridiculous credo is “guiding the professions and protecting the public” MUST BE COMPELLED into an inquiry, by re-opening Dr Rumbak’s negligence history file! This council found Dr Rumbak ‘blameless’, without assessing my mouth-damage. On my insistence, elderly chairman Dr Dreyer, granted a meeting, but forbade my witnesses to testify; he referred to his own pains, which accompanies old age; my butchered mouth is a direct result of Dr Rumbak’s professional negligence. The South African medico-legal system backs negligent doctors; stubborn victims who take a stand, are suffocated into silence by a powerful mafia-network, which uses evil and subversive tactics: 1. Pre-existing condition, in the imagination: using false logic, they try to convince that my broken mouth (ie. trigeminal nerve-damage with neck-muscle spasm, jaw-joint damage, cartilage disruption) caused by Dr Rumbak’s butchered surgery, is a madness! 2. Dispossessing the victim: they try to crack the victim into impotent bankruptcy 3. Paying for FALSE doctors’ reports, to change the physical damage caused by Dr Rumbak’s blatant professional negligence, into a mental illness 4. Pumping the victim with poisonous drugs, and trying to have him shut up in a mental institution… MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY (M.P.S.) - Dr Rumbak’s insurers for medical negligence - IS THE PRINCIPAL, ACCUSED & RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CRIMINAL ACTS OF AGENTS WHO USE EVIL TACTICS, AND MUST BE FORCED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ITS HEINOUS CONDUCT: • ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – Dr Rumbak’s cagey-lawyer, representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – intimidated my chief-witness & fingered my sanity, after disrupting an Economics Lecture I was giving: Isaacs threatened “serving an order compelling” me into evaluation by his paid-gun psychiatrist - Dr David Shevel – who concocted a FALSE medical report. The law society protected my lawyer - Peter Soller - at bogus investigations. Disciplinary head, Mr du Plessis, threatened “to have me removed, if I do not keep quiet”. Soller sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case. Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers struck him off the roll, stating that “Soller is a danger to society”! What is the law society going to do with Rohan Barry Isaacs? Appointing lawyers as guardians of TRUTH, is comparable to wolves protecting sheep! • MAE NAVIAS, a pensioned-off social-worker, who has wormed her way back as ‘consultant’ - together with an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap - stands accused of putting a dagger in my soul, by plotting to have me evaluated at a mental hospital; failing that, Navias blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler; he was curious to know how I remain “positive, motivated & strong”, then prescribed anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death: this is the behaviour of a Nazi murderer. Mae Navias – as an accomplice – is as guilty of planned murder as the accused, Dr. Gunther Winkler. At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias told me that she is “an old lady, and wants to make Peace”. Behaving like a Nazi-murderer, comrade-doctor Gunther Winkler asked me how I “manage to keep so positive, motivated, and strong”? He then prescribed lethal anti-psychotic drugs - Haloperidol & Benzhexol - which cause stiffness, shaking, sudden Death… AND SILENCE!
“’Psychotic’ is the professional term for what we popularly know as insanity, and the distinguishing sign of the psychotic is that he has lost touch with reality. He sees or hears as real what is going on only in his imagination, and we call this hallucination” (Dr. Allan Fromme).

Presiding Judge Claasens in CHAIT vs RUMBAK had an abusive, apartheid-mentality, and he was blatantly biased:
• at court chambers, he was noticeably friendly with the doctor’s legal team
• he would NOT permit me to demonstrate to the court that after Dr. J.M. Rumbak’s botched surgery, I chew like a donkey
• he would not permit me to spell out to the court, details of damage inflicted on Dr. Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims, which is corroborating evidence – in one instance, Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, and carried the costs
• he allowed Dr. Rumbak’s advocate to ask me a “leading question”
• he shouted at me after the day’s proceedings, while I was sitting in the Public Gallery
A burnt-vagina victim was shown little empathy by the same judge who treated me with ruthless contempt. She was awarded a contemptible pittance as damages. The guilty doctor then fled from South Africa…

PROVERBS 22:7 “the rich rule over The Poor” means that “THE RIGHT OF EMINENT DOMAIN” kicks in: Truth, Justice, and Human Rights are trashed in court, because “the men with the gold, make all the rules”!

Isaacs was banking on labelling my permanent mouth-pain and discomfort caused by Dr. Rumbak, as a “delusional disorder”!
Isaacs used all the money it took to fight me to finality: he, inter alia, suppressed and destroyed Truth; he intimidated my Chief Witness into silence - illegal behaviour, for which he should be arrested; he dispossessed me, fragmenting my life; he traumatised me with threats of serving me with orders, compelling me into humiliating psychiatric evaluation by his hired-gun-doctor, Dr. David Shevel; he paid for all the reports he required, to absolve Dr. Rumbak from shouting guilt; he encouraged Dr. Rumbak NOT to claim from his professional indemnity insurance.
Isaacs agreed, in Hebrew, over the telephone: “God forbid” something like this happens to him!

VICTIMS BE WARNED that if a doctor damages you, the way things stand, means:
1. Negligent doctor’s insurers - BASED IN LONDON - appoint a medico-legal army, who will state that the damage caused by the guilty doctor is a “pre-existing condition, in your imagination”… questioning your sanity!
2. District Surgeon’s and Doctors’ Reports, spelling out the damage caused by the negligent doctor, will be trashed, in order to hide the Truth
3. Your lawyer will be intimidated to spoil Your case
4. If You are brave enough to continue to stand for Truth, the negligent doctor’s medico-legal army will force You to be examined by doctors who are paid all the money it takes, to issue reports freeing the guilty doctor from shouting guilt.
5. If You still refuse to surrender Truth, You will be directed to a mental institution, and they will try to pump You with harmful drugs, in order to finally silence You…

I am adamant to make a statement, by asking The Public SIX QUESTIONS with regard to medical negligence, triggering reactions, which will make the guilty parties assess all the terrible torture they have inflicted on me for almost sixteen (16) years, while I honour TRUTH - and the Laws of Logic - invincibly:

1. Is it Legal & Right that the South African Health Department has no control over doctors in private practice? This shocking fact was revealed at my meeting with MEC for Health, Mr. Amos Masondo, before he became Johannesburg Mayor!

2. Is it Legal & Right that doctors’ insurers appoint pettifogger lawyers, who resort to subversive & reprehensible tricks to have victims of medical malpractice noosed?

3. Victim intimidation & Witness intimidation is lawyers’ entrenched behaviour in South Africa. This evil tactic is a criminal offense, for which lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs should be arrested!

4. Why is it that in America & England, negligent doctors are FORCED by the legal system to admit guilt, while South Africa remains backward & different? Victims of medical negligence continue to be buried effortlessly, with ‘untouchable’ doctors having free reign, coupled with all the protection they require!

5. Am I expected to accept never being able to chew and speak normally - living a life of discomfort - after being butchered by a doctor with a negligence history?

6. Conspiracy is a convictable offense. What will be done about the parties who networked, in order to silence my legitimate grievances?

Each member of this “gang of professionals” - involved in aborting my efforts to mete out Truth, Justice, Human Rights, and Punitive Damages, by playing down a case of blatant medical negligence in South Africa - will eventually be forced to explain!
They have become sitting ducks, for an interesting conspiracy trial!
They will have to account for their joint-temerity in torturing my soul, and fingering my sanity!

… “a bullet between the doctor’s eyes”?
… “a panga over the doctor’s head”?
… “committing suicide”?
I say “NO”! Two wrongs do NOT make a right!

But I am commanded - without relenting - to do everything in my power to reduce this cancerous evil - by making a difference - so that South Africa becomes a better place for other victims.
I have no compunction about the time it will take, but I will continue to follow through on my Calling with indomitable courage, and to the best of my ability!
If I do not uphold GOD’S SIGNATURE OF TRUTH, I stand accused of selling my soul to the devil, having wasted my life as a Teacher!

My 67 minutes of Community Service - TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE - is this medico-legal corruption-research - which I am sharing - to encourage other victims of botched surgery to stand up for their human rights!
Having taught Truth, my students achieved highest marks in national C.I.S. Economics examinations THREE times!
